Laboratory Technician
The laboratory technician works to ensure proper operation of the EIHC in-house lab. This position also serves as a phlebotomist to complement LabCorp operations and to provide convenient lab access to patients.
Facilities & Grounds Coordinator (Full-Time)
The Facilities & Grounds Coordinator is responsible for managing the maintenance programs for Eastern Iowa Health Center (EIHC) building systems. This position will also maintain the grounds and facilities to help ensure a safe, secure, clean and operational environment.
Operations Manager – Family Medicine (Full-Time)
The Family Medicine Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Family Medicine, Pediatric, and Behavioral Health Clinic under the direction of the Director of Operations. This role will direct and supervise clinical and non-clinical team members including but not limited to CMAs, LPNs, RNs, Lead Nurse, Patient Representatives Supervisor and Representatives (PRs), and interpreters.
Data Engineer/IT Technician I
The Data Engineer/IT Technician will provide information technology (IT), data management and helpdesk support to the organization. The Data Engineer/IT Technician works directly with patient support staff, providers and leaders to collect report and information requirements, including specifications for requested reports, gap analysis and changes to existing reports.
Patient Representative — Family Medicine (Full-Time)
The Patient Representative – Family Medicine is responsible for collecting patient demographic information, including: photo ID, insurance card(s) and all necessary paperwork.
Women’s Health – Registered Nurse (RN) (Full-Time)

Clinical Lead
Eastern Iowa Health Center (EIHC) has an exciting internal opening for a Clinical Lead at our family medicine/pediatric location. The Clinical Lead collaborates with the Operations Manager to oversee orientation training of new staff and daily direction of clinic staffing needs including but not limited to nursing, CMA, lab, and patient services. The acting clinical lead will provide support that enables the actualization of EIHC’s clinic goals to provide top quality, effective, and efficient medical care.
