Operations Manager - Family Medicine

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Family Medicine Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Family Medicine, Pediatric, and Behavioral Health Clinic under the direction of the Director of Operations. This role will direct and supervise clinical and non-clinical team members including but not limited to CMAs, LPNs, RNs, Lead Nurse, Patient Representatives Supervisor and Representatives (PRs), and interpreters. This position will also be responsible for the direction and supervision of team members at the Women’s Health Clinic including but not limited to the Family Planning Coordinator, Human Services Specialist, and Women’s Health Referral Specialist. The Family Medicine Operations Manager will provide leadership that enables the actualization of EIHC’s clinic goals to provide top quality, effective, and efficient medical care.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or other healthcare related field required.
  • 3-5 years clinical or administrative experience in a FQHC or clinic setting required
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records systems required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • LPN or RN license to practice in the State of Iowa preferred.
  • Experience with quoting projects, product cost analysis, and ROI analysis preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience with predictive and preventive maintenance models preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred.

COMPENSATION:

$54,496.00 to $72,800.00 annually
