Make a donation in honor or memory of someone special and your gift will support health care for those at or below the federal poverty level.

    $25 covers the cost of the copay for one clinic visit.
    $50 covers the copay for two visits such as Pediatrics or Family Health.
    $75 covers the copay for three visits such as Women’s Health, Behavioral Health, and Dental.
    $100+ covers unmet needs which includes needed medications, insulin, dental emergencies and more.
