Laboratory Technician

The laboratory technician works to ensure proper operation of the EIHC in-house lab. This position also serves as a phlebotomist to complement LabCorp operations and to provide convenient lab access to patients.

Facilities Coordinator (Full-Time)

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing the maintenance programs for Eastern Iowa Health Center (EIHC) building systems. This position will also maintain the grounds and facilities to help ensure a safe, secure, clean and operational environment.

Operations Manager – Family Medicine (Full-Time)

The Family Medicine Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Family Medicine, Pediatric, and Behavioral Health Clinic under the direction of the Director of Operations. This role will direct and supervise clinical and non-clinical team members including but not limited to CMAs, LPNs, RNs, Lead Nurse, Patient Representatives Supervisor and Representatives (PRs), and interpreters.

Data Engineer/IT Technician I

The Data Engineer/IT Technician will provide information technology (IT), data management and helpdesk support to the organization. The Data Engineer/IT Technician works directly with patient support staff, providers and leaders to collect report and information requirements, including specifications for requested reports, gap analysis and changes to existing reports. The Data Engineer/IT Technician provides business application support and training to help interpret data in EHR and other systems as required and other common reporting tools. In addition, the Data Engineer/IT Technician will serve as the organizations HIPAA Security Officer with responsibility of ongoing management of the information security policies, procedures, and technology systems in order to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization healthcare information systems.

Women’s Health – Registered Nurse (RN) (Full-Time)

Eastern Iowa Health Center (EIHC) has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Women’s Health – Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. This position will work at our Women’s Health clinic, located at 4251 River Center Court NE, Cedar Rapids. The position is full-time, 32 hours/week.  The ideal candidate must have a commitment to providing high-quality primary care for our complex patients. 

Dental Assistant (Full-Time)

Dental Assistant is responsible for performing those duties which assist the Dental Director, Dentists, and hygienists in the care and treatment of patients. Performs duties in the field of reception, chair side assisting, inventory, and records.

Clinical Lead

Eastern Iowa Health Center (EIHC) has an exciting internal opening for a Clinical Lead at our family medicine/pediatric location. The Clinical Lead collaborates with the Operations Manager to oversee orientation training of new staff and daily direction of clinic staffing needs including but not limited to nursing, CMA, lab, and patient services. The acting clinical lead will provide support that enables the actualization of EIHC’s clinic goals to provide top quality, effective, and efficient medical care.
