Facilities & Grounds Coordinator

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Facilities and Grounds Coordinator is responsible for performing the maintenance and janitorial functions of each EIHC buildings and corresponding systems, including grounds, service areas, and administrative spaces to ensure a safe, secure, and clean operational environment. This role performs repairs, maintenance, sanitation, and housekeeping duties as assigned and serves as the point of contact for any outside vendors. As a vital member of the EIHC team, this role will recognize and promote the cultural diversity of the patients we serve and the people we work with.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required.
  • Driver license and dependable and insured vehicle required.
  • Minimum of two years of a related janitorial or custodial experience required.
  • Intermediate level mechanical aptitude required.
  • Intermediate level troubleshooting skills on moderate equipment issues required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree in a relatable field preferred.
  • Experience with quoting projects, product cost analysis and ROI analysis preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience with predictive and preventive maintenance models preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
  • Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.
  • Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions.

COMPENSATION:

$42,000.00 to $45,000.00 annually
