Welcome! I believe you already have the skills necessary to make significant change. I want to partner with you to identify your strengths and build on them to a healthier you. I am experienced in working with people during times of life transition, grief, depression, and anxiety. I provide empathetic and trauma informed therapy in an environment where you can feel comfortable and accepted.
We will work together increasing your resilience and protective factors. My goal is to provide a secure, non-judgmental space for you to explore and process your thoughts and feelings. We will work on enhancing your self-compassion, your values, and your self-care.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with experience working with adults from a wide variety of stages of life, cultures, and sexual orientation. I help treat symptoms associated with anxiety, physical health, depression, caregiver stress, grief, role transition, autism, identity issues, and other mental health symptoms that can cause you distress. I draw from a training background in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and EMDR.
