Dr. James Livermore received undergraduate training at Harvard University and earned his medical degree at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. After, he completed specialty training at the University of Iowa Pediatric Residency Program.
Dr. Livermore enjoys all aspects of pediatric medicine, but he is particularly interested in newborn care, childhood asthma and allergy management. Prior to medical school, he completed a year of research studying a rare childhood disease called “GM1 gangliosidosis,” at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
