Well- Child Visits: Schedule through Family Medicine or Pediatrics 319.730.7300. 

Annual Check-ups for Adults: Schedule through Family Medicine 319.730.7300.

Work Injuries: Please reach out to your HR provider for their choice for work related injuries.  

Medication Refills: Medication refills must be filled with your Primary Care Provider, 319.730.7300.

For Children under 2 years of age: We encourage you to call your child’s Primary Care Provider first to see if there is any available same day appointments.

We do not complete sports physicals, or DOT physicals at Walk-in Care.   

Payment Options

Payment is required at the time of your appointment, but we understand that finances can be a concern. If you’re worried about covering the cost, we encourage you to apply for our Sliding-Scale Fee Program. This program provides financial assistance and flexible payment options. To get started, simply provide your proof of income (POI). We’re here to help you receive the care you need!

What If I have no income at all?

We understand that navigating healthcare cost can be challenging, and we want to support you, and your health. You can still apply for the Sliding-Scale Fee Program, and a PR (Patient Representative) will be there to help you with the rest. 

Our pharmacy is conveniently located within our Walk-in Care facility, allowing you to meet all your needs in one place. Our dedicated pharmacy team is here to assist you and help you feel better by managing your prescriptions and profiles for you. 

EIHC offers a 12-seat transportation bus that is wheelchair accessible. Please call 319-730-7300 to schedule a ride.
