Dr. Smolucha completed her medical education at Saint George’s University School of Medicine and her OB/GYN residency at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
With an undergraduate degree in Spanish, Dr. Smolucha also fluently speaks Spanish and is welcoming new patients.
Dr. Smolucha’s clinical interests also include treating patients with urinary incontinence, pelvic pain or those who have pelvic floor issues.
“The science behind medicine initially drew me to the field. Getting to apply that knowledge to something much bigger hooked me,” she says. Dr. Smolucha enjoys the variety of care involved in helping women during their most triumphant and most difficult moments. “Medical care is about making a shared decision. If it’s important to you, it’s important to me,” she continues.
Outside of the clinic she enjoys outdoor activities including running, hiking, camping, fishing, and horseback riding in addition to cooking and baking, playing music and DIY projects.
