Naturally we are not born knowing how to navigate stressful, traumatic, losses or a flood of various strong feelings alone. Attempting to navigate or short it out yourself can result into a vicious cycle. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with experience in working with adults who are experiencing a wide variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and life transitions. I can assist you through education, insight and skill building to reduce distress and work towards building effective coping strategies for when life gets challenging.

Natalie provides behavioral health services to patients full-time. Her clinical interests include working with adults and treating anxiety, depression and PTSD, as well as binge eating disorders.
