Dr. Bork completed her bachelors degree in biology at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and then proceeded to complete her doctorate degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Bork got her residency education at the Gundersen Health System Family Medicine Residency and has her American Board of Family Medicine certification.
Dr. Bork provides full-scope family medicine care and has a particular interest in women’s health, including prenatal care, gender-affirming care, pediatrics, and in-office procedures. She strives to take part in the EIHC mission of improving health equity and focusing on patient-centered care. She believes that the best health comes from communicating with and working with patients to figure out which options work best for them in the context of their own lives.
In her free time she enjoys baking, reading, playing board games, biking, and spending time with her family and friends.
