The National Committee for Quality Assurance¹ (NCQA) awarded Eastern Iowa Health Center, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition, the highest level of recognition available. Our standards emphasize partnerships between individual patients and their primary care provider, and when appropriate, the patient’s family. Eastern Iowa Health Center is devoted to the PCMH health care model, and strives to continue providing quality care to maximize health outcomes for our community.

Welcome to Eastern Iowa Health Center!
At EIHC, our mission is to provide a medical home by offering quality comprehensive primary health care services to individuals and families in our service area, regardless of ability to pay. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide Family Medicine, OB/GYN and Pediatric services to thousands of patients each year.
Our primary emphasis at EIHC is the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our patients. Our clinical staff is outstanding, and with the support of our Social Workers, a Health Coach, and other patient-focused staff, you can expect exceptional service and excellent continuity of care.
